Taylor, Secretary, Warren County Attorney's office, effective December 31, 2013, with regret, and to pay out any accrued benefit as per the employee policy. Carried unanimously RESOLUTION 13-256D EMPLOYEE TO, AS NEEDED BASIS ENGINEERS - OFFICE BE IT RESOLVED, that Mary Lynn Keeney's temporary part time office help assignment be only on an as needed basis in the Engineer's Department effec- tive January 15, 2014, at $18.00 per hour. Due to the nature of the temporary employment, she will not be eligible for any benefits other than IPERS as set by Iowa Law. Carried unanimously RESOLUTION 13-256E ASSISTANT COUNTY ENGINEER 6 MONTH PAY INCREASE BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Warren County Board of Supervisors hereby move to approve the 6 month pay increase for Jerry Holloway as Assistant County Engineer, retroactive to December 1,2013, going to a salary of $74,755.20 per year, Grade 18, Step 10 of the County's 2013 pay matrix. Carried unanimously RESOLUTION 13-256F SALARY ADJUSTMENT BE IT RESOLVED THAT; Michael L. Carried unanimously RESOLUTION 13-2561 PARTTIME HIRE NUTRITION BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Warren County Board of Supervisors hereby ap- proves the hiring of Misty Hereld as a part time substitute cook at the Lacona Meal Site, effective December 10, 2013, at the hourly rate pf $8.96 and is not eligible for any benefits. Carried unanimously RESOLUTION 13-256,1 CHANGE IN HOURS/DUTIES MH/DD SERVICES BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Warren County Board of Supervisors hereby ap- proves change in hours and duties for Jennifer Townsend, Targeted Case Man- ager/Social Worker. Employee hours will be reduced from 40 hours to 32 hours per pay period, thus becoming a regular part-time employee effective December 1,2013 with benefits being pro-rated accordingly.
