BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Warren County lijEard of Supervisors hereby ap-
prove the Loan Agreement with Interstate 35 Telephone Company (money from
an USDA Rural Developmen(loan) for a no interest loan of $280,000 for a road
construction project to aid in econom c deve opment and authorize the Chair of
the Board of Supervisors to execute said agreement. Carded unanimously
RESOLUTION 13-260 SET PUBLIC HEARING
BE IT RESOLVED THAT a public hearing be scheduled for January 7 , 2014 at
9:30 a.m. in the Board Room of the Administration Building, 301 N. Buxton,
Indianola, Iowa. The public meeting is to Amend Ordinance for General Assis-

NOTICE OF PUBUC'HEARING-- AMENDMENT OF CURRENT BUDGET
The Warren County E911 Service Board of Warren County, Iowa will meet at: Warren County West Annex, Conference Room, 111 N Buxton, Indianola, IA, on
January 14, 2014, at 6:30 pm for the purpose of amending the current Warren County Joint E911 Service Board budget for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2014, by
increasing expenditures in the following funds:
Surcharge Fund from $223,528 to $ $301,528.

Reasons for increases: communication study not previously included in the budget and annual software maintenance not invoiced in time for FY13 to pay.
The increase in expenditures set out above will be met from increased receipts and/or cash balances not budgeted or considered in the current budget.
