according to Iowa Code 21.5 (1)(a). "To review or discuss records which are required or authorized by state or
federal law to be kept confidential or to be kept confidential as a condition for that governmental body's possession
or continued receipt of federal funds."

BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Warren County Board of Supervisors hereby enters into the public hearing portion of

RESOLUTION 12-334 SET PUBLIC HEARING
BE IT RESOLVED THAT, a public hearing be scheduled for January 15, 2013, 10:00 a.m., in the Board Room of the
Administration Building, 301 N. Buxton, Indianola, Iowa. The public hearing is in regard to acquisition of real estate
for Secondary Road Motor grader shed. Comments may also be submitted by phone or in writing to the Warren
County Engineer's Office.
SIMPLE MOTION by Dean Yordi, seconded by Steve Wilson, to receive and file reports as follows:

The Supervisors gave reports of their previous week's activities. The Assistant County Attorney gave the
