October 2014 Meeting,
held November 5
Matt Leek called the
meeting to order at 7:04
p.m. There were 11 people
present at the meeting.
Secretary's Report
Minutes from the Sep-
tember meeting were pre-
sented and reviewed. Mo-
tion to accept the minutes
was made by Nancy
LaVelle and seconded by
Troy Downs. Motion car-
ried.
Treasurer's Report
Troy Downs presented
current financials. He re-
ported that everything has
been paid to date. The
numbers for the Warrior
Wear are not current as
Troy is waiting for a check
from Pay Pal. Matt Leek
reported that he recently
sent a check from Pay Pal
to the account.
Troy reported that cost
of goods sold is in line
with the current sales. We
are up overall from a sale
perspective.
Troy reported the Nor-
walk Football League had
close to $11,000 in sales
this season, which they
will profit 50%. They have
been paid their 50%. The
board discussed the
amount of time that Mary
puts into making sure the
concessions for this league
runs well. The football
league is discussing pay-
ing Mary for her work for
the future.

onded by Mary Knicker-
bocker. Motion carried.
Concession Report
Mary Knickerbocker re-
ported she would be mov-
ing everything from the
football stadium to the
basketball concession
stand. Mary is hoping to
get some help from some
youth to do this.
Diana Richardson
spoke with Mary about the
dance team using the con-
cession equipment De-
cember 22 for their show.
Mary will need to empty
the coolers for them so
they can stock with their
own product. The board
discussed and agreed that
the dance team could use
the equipment and pop-
corn. The dance team will
utilize their own food for
the event.
