December 23, 2019
6000 block, Linn Township: A juvenile (17) female
was reported as a runaway in rural Warren County.
The juvenile female was located and returned home.
17000 block, Richland Township: Danielle Marie
Douglass, 24, of Albia, was arrested for possession of
a controlled substance 3rd offense and for
outstanding warrants.
December 24, 2019
22000 block, Liberty Center: Krey Clary, 50,
Liberty Center, reported a burglary in Liberty
Center, Iowa. Estimated loss $2300.
December 25, 2019
800 block, Martensdale: Michael Brown, 49, Des
Moines, reported harassment.
December 27, 2019
14000 block, Jackson Township: Donald Hedberg,
49, SW Warren County, reported harassment.
Investigation is ongoing.
2700 block, Greenfield Township: Randy Joe Luna,
47, Indianola, is being charged with failure to
maintain control, no insurance, possession of
marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. A
warrant will be requested for his arrest.
69 South, Hartford: Carol Knutson, 52, Hartford,
reported a violation of a no contact order. An arrest
warrant was issued for James Miller, 48, Des Moines
for the Violation.
December 28, 2019
R63 hwy/Butler Trail, Greenfield: Hit and run
investigation in Warren County.
4200 block, Linn Township: Theft of a motor vehicle
and an ATV was reported in Warren County. On 12-
28-2019, the motor vehicle was located and returned
to the owner.
300 block, New Virginia: Matthew Strange, 40, New
Virginia, reported a burglary to his transport trailer.
Investigation continues.
5000 block, Jackson Township: Renada Fast, 38, of
rural Warren County, reports a burglary.
Investigation continues.
December 29, 2019
200 block, Greenfield Township: Juan Gomez, 29,
Des Moines was arrested for domestic assault and
disorderly conduct.
600 block, Hartford: Git-n-Go in Hartford reported
a theft of a lottery ticket. Investigation contniues.
69 South, Hartford: Carol Knutson, 52, Hartford,
reported a Violation of a no contact order.
NORWALK POLICE REPORT
Continued from page
Impaired Driver — 1100 block Chatham Ave.
Nicholas Kern, Norwalk, was arrested and charged
with Operating While Intoxicated, and cited for
Interference with Official Acts and Animal Neglect.
Subject was processed and transported to the Warren
County jail.
January 2, 2020
Drug Equipment Violation — Marketplace
Beardsley St. Alicia Kallhoff, Des Moines, was
arrested and charged with Possession of Drug
Paraphernalia. Subject was processed and issued a
citation to appear at a later date.
