The following business was had to-wit: SIMPLE MOTION by Steve Wilson seconded by Dean Yordi to approve the agenda, one addition (3A), and deletion of agenda item 7, 9, and 11B. Carried unanimously. SIMPLE MOTION by Doug Shull, second by Dean Yordi to approve the minutes for December 28, 2010. Carried unanimously. SIMPLE MOTION by Dean Yordi, second by Steve Wilson to approve agenda item 3A Budget Re-apprapriation. Carried unanimously. RESOLUTION 11-15 BUDGET RE-APPROPRIATION BE IT RESOLVED THAT, there be the following re-appropriation for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2011 : From Engineer $ 50,000 To Capital Projects $ 50,000. RESOLUTION t I -16 APPROVE EMPOWERMENT DIRECTOR DECREASE IN HOURS BE iT RE- SOLVED THAT, the Warren County Board of Supervisors hereby moves to ap- prove the decrease of hours for Debra Schrader to 21 hours per week effective January 8, 2011, with the salary going from $1,442.00 to $1,081.50 every two weeks, eligible for pro-rated benefits and insurance. Carried Unanimously. RESOLUTION 11-17 APPROVE TAX ABATEMENT/SUSPENSION POLICY BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Warren County Board of Supervisors hereby moves to approve the Treasurer's Department Tax Abatement/Suspension Policy for Warren County. Carded Unanimously. RESOLUTION 11-18 APPOINTMENTS OF DEPUTIES BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Warren County Board of Supervisors hereby ap- point Merne Foutch as 1 = Deputy Treasurer to Motor Vehicle; AND appoint David Mitchell as 1 = Deputy Treasurer to Driver's License; AND to appoint Cinda Nickell as 2 d Deputy Treasurer. All appointments will coincide with the term of the County Treasurer unless ravoked. Carried Unanimously. RESOLUTION 11-19 APPROVE AUDITOR'S REQUEST TO SHRED 2007 AND 2008 PAYSTUBS BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Warren County Board of Supervisors hereby ap- proves the Auditor's request to shred 2007 and 2008 pay stubs. Carried unani- mously. RESOLUTION 11-20 AGREEMENT WITH SINCLAIR ARCHITECTS L.C. WHEREAS, Sinclair Amhitects has submitted an agreement with Warren County for The Master Plan and Site and Building Design of the Warren County Public Works Facilities, now BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Warren County Board of Supervisors move to ap- prove the Agreement between Warren County and Sinclair Architects L.C. Car- ried Unanimously. Upon proper motion the meeting was adjourned at 3:01 p.m. ArrEST: Traci VanderLinden, AUDITOR Doug Shull, CHAIR OFFICIAL PUBLICATION CHAPTER 37 OF THE WARREN COUNTY CODE OF ORDINACES Summary of Chapter 37 On Friday of January 14, 2011, the Warren County Board of Supervisors ap- proved CHAPTER 37 ORDINANCE - NOTIFICATION AND SURVEILLANCE OF REPORTABLE, COMMUNICABLE, AND INFECTIOUS DISEASES, POI- SONINGS AND CONDITIONS. The primary purpose is to provide a set of guide- lines for the initiating and control of quarantine orders, including voluntary and fomible quarantine, in order to protect the citizens of Warren County from infec- tious and communicable disease. This ordinance will also provide the reporting requirement for health care providers to the Warren County Board of Health. VIOLATIONS: A person who knowingly violates any provision of this ordinance, or of the rules of the board, or any lawful order, written or oral, of the board or the designated officer, is guilty of a simple misdemeanor. Notwithstanding subsec- tion 1, a public, private, or hospital clinical laboratory that repeatedly fails to file a mandatory report to the board specified in this ordinance is subject to a county infraction of not more than one thousand dollars per occurrence. The board shall not impose the penalty under this subsection without prior written notice and opportunity for hearing. The designated officer will issue the county infrac- tion pursuant to Chapter 2 of this ordinance. This Ordinance shall be in effect after its passage and approval and publication as required by law.
