Engstrand, a junior fi- nance major, was named to the Dean’s List for the Col- lege of Business Adminis- tration. The following area stu- dents have been named to the Dean's List at Buena Vista University Graduate 8: Professional Studies in Storm Lake for terms one and two: Shanna Bears of Prole, Sheila Boor of Osceola and Anthony Mancuso of Martensdale. Students named to the Dean’s List must have a minimum grade point av- erage of 3.5 for the two terms, based on a 4.0 grade point system, and must have taken at least 12 hours of coursework. Wil- liam Kness, Norwalk, was arrested and charged with possession of drug para- phernalia. Subject was pro- cessed and cited to appear at a later date. Impaired Driver — Sun- set Drive and Columbine Drive. Sylvia Kenoyer, Cumming, was arrested and charged with Operat- ing while Intoxicated and Speeding. Subject was pro- cessed and transported to Warren County Jail. February 8 Identity Theft — Des Moines. Fraudulent Charg— es reported on account. In- formation taken for report, case remains under inves- tigation. February 10 Impaired Driver Hwy 5 and Hwy 28. Scott Geist, N orwalk, was arrested and Charged with Operating while Intoxicated and In- terference. Subject was pro- cessed and transported to Polk County Jail. Reckless Driving — 700 block of Beardsley. A vehi- cle driven by Brian Moede, Norwalk, was struck by a vehicle driven by Chase Meier, Des Moines. Norwalk Nursing & Rehab Milton Haas came to Norwalk Nursing 8: Rehab fol- lowing a fall causing a fractured knee cap. He had a . vacation to Mexico planned in the near future and wanted to assure this fall would not delay his trip. He wanted therapy to help him return safely to being in- dependent. He knew if therapy could assist him with . this he would be able to take his vacation as planned. Milton had a great attitude and successfully gradu- ated from his therapy program in time to go on vaca- tion. Milton sai "everything is wonderful here” about his stay at Norwalk Nursing 8: Rehab.
