3. The rental unit you lived in is subject to property tax, AND
4.You (or your spouse) were born before 1951, OR
5. You (or your spouse) were age 18-64 as of December 31,
2015 and totally disabled.
Forms must be filed no later than June 1, 2016 with the
Iowa Department of Revenue.
IOWA SPECIAL ASSESSMENT CREDIT
WHO IS ELIGIBLE? The following IOWA RESIDENTS are
eligible to file a claim for special assessment credit if your
2015 total annual household income was less than $11,519
and one of the following applies:
*65 years of age or older by December 31, 2015
*Totally disabled and 18 years of age or older by
December 31, 2015
