RESOLUTION 10-- 16 PUBLIC PURPOSE WELLNESS PROGRAM WHEREAS, county employees' health, job productivity and morale is an essen- tial activity to insure a productive and more efficient overall government opera- tions, and WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors deems it to be in the best interest of the County to improve county employees' health and productivity and maintain and/ or slow the rising cost of health insurance premiums; NOW. THERFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Warren County Board ef Su- pervisors does hereby approve the Warren County Wellness Program claims as being in the public interest and serving a public purpose. RESOLUTION 10-t7 ALLOWED FAMILY FARM CREDIT APPLICATIONS BE IT RESOLVEDTHAT, upon recommendation of the Assessor's Office, a list of the Family Farm Credit Applications for the year 2009 payable 2010- 2011 have been approved. All approved applications are on file in the Auditor's Office. Carried unanimously. RESOLUTION 10-18 ALLOWED/DISALLOWED HOMESTEADS AND MILITARIES AND DISABLED VETERANS HOMESTEADTAX CREDITS FOR JANUARY 1,2009 PAYABLE IN 2010-2011 BE IT RESOLVED THAT. the allowed ~omestead tax credit applications and military tax exemption applications for the year 2009 payable 2010-2011 have been allowed. And: BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the disallowed homestead tax credit applications and military tax exemption applications for the year 2009 payable 2010-2011 are hereby disallowed. And: BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the allowed Disabled Veteran's Homestead Tax Credit for the year 2009 payable 2010-2011 have been allowed. RESOLUTION 10-20 AMENDMENT-ASSISTANT TO THE ENGINEER BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Warren County Board of Supervisors hereby move to approve MatthewThomas as the Assistant to the Engineer, Secondary Roads Department, effectwe December 15, 2009. Starting salary will be $2,276.00 bi- weekly (Step 7, Grade 17), for an annual income of $59, f 76.00. Carried unani- mously.
