Carried unanimously RESOLUTION 13-38 CONVENE CLOSED SESSION BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Warren County Board of Supervisors hereby ap- proves to convene closed session according to Iowa Code 21.5 (1)(a). 'To re- view or discuss records which are required or authorized by state orfederal law to be kept confidential or to be kept confidential as a condition for that govern- mental body's possession or continued receipt of federal funds." Carried unani- mously RESOLUTION 13-39 CONVENE OPEN SESSION BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Warren County Board of Supervisors hereby con- venes open session. Carried unanimously RESOLUTION 13-40 DENY EXCEPTIONTO POUCY FOR MENTAL HEALTH BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Warren County Board of Supervisors hereby de-, nies request for exception to policy for consumer #3564 for funding. Carried unanimously RESOLUTION 13-41 GENESIS FY CONTRACT ADDENDUM BE IT RESOLVED THAT, Warren County Board of Supervisors approves Gen- esis FY 2% Contract Addendum. Carded unanimously RESOLUTION 13-42 AUTHORIZATION TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SOUTH- EAST IOWA CONTRACTINGCONSORTIUM 28E AGREEMENT WHEREAS, the Warren County Board of Supervisors desires to cooperate in ways of mutual advantage to contract for services to meet Warren County resi- dents' needs in the area of mental health, mental retardation, and developmen- tal disabilities, and WHEREAS, there is opportunity for the Board of Supervisors to extend their participation in the Southeast Iowa Contracting 28E Agreement (hereafter re- ferred to as the "Agreement") to realize the advantages of a ten (10) county contracting consortium and, WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors agrees to abide by the guidelines set forth in the Agreement NOW BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors authorizes its member of the Southeast Iowa Contracting Consortium Board of Directors to continue War- - ren County's involvement in the Southeast Iowa Consortium 28E Agreement as presented and approved by the Southeast Iowa Contracting Consortium Board of Directors for the year July 1,2012 until June 30, 2013. Carried unanimously RESOLUTION 13-43 MENTAL HEALTH GRANT APPLICATION BE IT RESOLVED THAT, Warren County Board of Supervisors approves to sign Grant Application for Mental Health. Carried unanimously RESOLUTION 13-44A NON BINDING MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTAND- ING WITH WARREN COUNTY, IMU, IDA AND SIMPSON COLLEGE BE IT RESOLVED THAT, Warren County Board of Supervisors approves to en- ter into a Non Binding Memorandum of Understanding with IMU, IDA and Simpson College. Carried unanimously RESOLUTION 13-44 SET PUBLIC HEARING DATE REGARDING SALE OF COUNTY REAL ESTATE BE IT RESOLVED THAT, Warren County Board of Supervisors set March 5, 20! 3 at 10:30 l.m as a public bearing date pursuant to statute to consider the proposal of Andy Angrick to purchase Warren County's interest in the following real estate: Greenfield Township, Warren County, Iowa, Tax Parcel 05000100825, Eleven (11 ) acres more or less and Tax Parcel 05000100840, Forty (40) acres more or less and all of Warren County's interest in the easement for access purposes set out in Warranty Deed Recorded in Book 159, page 319, in the - records of the Warren county Recorder. Mr. Angrick has offered $4,100.00 for both parcels and wishes to use the property for recreational purposes. Adjoining land holders within 500 feet shall be informed by ordinary mail at the last known address on the tax rolls at the Warren County Assessor. At the Public Hearing other proposals may be presented. After the Public Hear- ing the board may choose by resolution from among the proposals submitted or may reject all proposals and submit a new request for proposals.
