Family Flashlight Easter Egg Hunt
When the sun goes down, the fun begins. It's a hunt
for the golden egg! Families will be required to bring
their own flashlight (size limited to no larger than 2 "D"
cell batteries.) After the hunt and awarding of the prizes,
there will be hot chocolate and treats for all. An adult
must accompany all children. This program is designed
for children under the age of 13. Registration Date:

EARLY BIRD BODY SCULPTING
For those of you who get up with the chickens, come
join this early morning class that will work on ultimate
body sculpting, Pilates and chicometrics-This class is
designed to maximize core strength, firm arid tone your
butt, thighs andarms. This class will use dumbbells,
big exercise balls (your own on designated days) and
dynabands that will put you to the test with added in-
tensity. Bring a mat/towel and your own hand weights

CIRCUIT SENSATION
Are you ready for this new workout that is athletic,
intense and more fun than a three-ring circus??!! Using
the motivational power of teamwork and competition
in combination with the balance challenges presented
by the Bosu balance workout, you will discover bow to
change ordinary circuit workouts into extraordinary

BOOTCAMP!
3-2-1...GO! Are you ready to really kick your fitness
into high gear? Join Jason Collins for challenging work-
outs that have the ability to pushyour limits or simply
give you more variety. The intensity is up to you! All
fitness levels are welcome! This class will teach you ba-
sic functional bodyweight movements to include the
squat, push up and much more! These workouts are de- ,
signed to optimize the 10 pillars of fitness (Cardio
"Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordina-
tion, Agility, Balance and Accuracy). Your results will
be tracked week to week so you can see your own

If you have ever been curious about yoga and maybe a
little intimidated to attend a class...this workshop will
be perfect for you. It's for those with little/no yoga ex-
perience or for those who want a refresher. We will cover
basic yoga philosophies, poses, modi[-ications, flows and
aligmnents in a safe and relaxed environment. Partici-
pants must be able to get up and down from the floor
with no assistance, be able to kneel at times and have no

will get you geared up for the summer and warmer
weather. We will focus on strengthening and lengthen-

YOUTH PROGRAMS
BASEBALL AND SOFTBALL PROGRAMS
Because games will be played at the sports complex,
the concession stand will be open and in need of work-
ers. We are requiring parents of 1st through 5th graders
to participate, either by actually working or by opting
out and we keep the concession fee. An additional $20
per child participating is included in your registra-
tion fee. If you work in the concession stand or volun-
teer to coach, your $20 will be credited to you. For those
volunteeririg'-to work, you willbel assiga3ed/one 2 1/2-
hour time slot.
MINOR BASEBALL AND SOFTBALL
(3RD, 4TH AND 5TH GRADE)
• This program is for children who are currently in
third, fourth and fifth grade. Girls will play softball and
boys will play baseball. The children will have fun while
learning the fundamenaIs of baseball or softball. Vol-
unteer coaches will be needed. There will be two weeks
of practices and four weeks of games (dependent on
number of teams). Registration Dates: March 18
through March 29; Softball Nights: Monday and
Wednesday; Baseball Nights: Tuesday and Thursday;
Program Begins: Week of May 13 (weather permitting);
Time: 6 p.m. and 7:15 p.m.; Location: Norwalk-

COACH PITCH - BASEBALL AND SOFTBALL
(1ST AND 2ND GRADE)
This program is for children who are currently in first
and second grade. Girls will play softball and boys will
play baseball. The children will have fun wb;!e lsm-
ing the fundamentals of baseball or stdtta-". Coaches
will pitch to the batters. If the batter does not get a hit,
