Carried Unanimously RESOLUTION 13-48 APPROVE LE'n'ER OF INTENT TO FORM A FIVE COUNTY REGION FOR MHDD BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Warren County Board of Supervisors hereby agrees to sign the letter of intent pursuant to Senate File 2315 to form a five-county region by the use of an Iowa Code Chapter 28E agreement with Audubon, Dal- las, Greene, and Guthne Counties in, Iowa for the purpose of implementing the regionalization and redesign of the Adult Mental Health and Disability Service System. Carried Unanimously RESOLUTION 13-49 SET A SCALE FACTOR FOR PURPOSES OF RIGHT- OF-WAY LAND ACQUISITIONS BE IT RESOLVED THAT WHEREAS, in determining compensation, if any, for Right-of-Way neecled for road purposes, the assessed valuation established by the Warren County As- sessor and the Iowa Farm & Land Chapter #2 Realtors Land Institute "Farmland Value Survey" File C2-75 dated October 2012 for the South Central Area have been used in arriving at a scale factor. Carded Unanimously RESOLUTION 13-45B SET PUBLIC HEARING DATE REGARDING SALE OF COUNTY REAL ESTATE BE IT RESOLVED THAT, Warren County Board of Supervisors set March 19, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. as a public hearing date pursuant to statute to consider the proposal of Andy Angrick to purchase Warren County's interest in the following real estate: Greenfield Township, Section 10, Warren County, Iowa, Tax Parcel 05000100825, Eleven (11 ) acres more or less and Tax Parcel 05000100840, Forty (40) acres more or less and all of Warren County's interest in the ease- ment for access purposes set out in Warranty Deed Recorded in Book 159, page 319, in the records of the Warren County Recorder. Mr. Angrick has of- fered $4~109.00 for both parcels and wishes to use the property for recreational purposes.
