SECOND HALF PROPERTY TAXES
DUE MARCH 31, 2015
The second installment of 2013 property taxes is now due
and payable. Your payment should either be in our office
or postmarked by March 31, 2015. Penalty of 1.5% per
month will be applied to anything postmarked after that
date. Those mailing from an outside drop box should be
aware that mail may not be postmarked until the next day.
In order to ensure accuracy in processing your tax pay-
ments, PLEASE bring in or send in the stubs from your
tax statement with your payment. Also, please check the
address on your statement and note any changes on the
back of the stub. You may pay in our office with cash,
check, Visa, Mastercard, or Discover Card. You also have
the option of paying taxes online at www.co.warren.ia.us
24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with MasterCard, Visa,
Discover Card or Electronic Check. Additional service
charges will apply for use of credit/debit cards and online
e-checks. Thank you for your cooperation in our effort to
serve you at YOUR convenience.
