A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held Thursday, April 15, following the Norwalk Area Chamber Breakfast.
The event was to welcome Peter Cooper, owner of Absolute Transportation, to the business community. Coo-
per just added the above trolley car to his fleet of party buses and limousines. He also offers car service to
