IA. 296 (FORMERLY IA 28) LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF NORWALK, IOWA NOW. THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council, City of Norwalk, Iowa. Section 1. Purpose. The purpose of this ordinance is to rescind a portion of Ordinance No. 08-08 approved by the City Council on or about September 25th, 2008 pertaining to the sale of vacated right-of-way. Section 2. Sale of Property Rescinded. All provisions relating to the sale of the vacated street right-of-way, described in Exhibit"A" attached hereto are hereby rescinded. All matters contained within Ordinance No. 08-08 relating to the va- cation of the right-of-way are not affected by this Ordinance. Section 3. Repealer. This ordinance will repeal all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 4. Severabilitv Clause.
