STEP BENCH AEROBICS Step bench aerobics is a low impact, high-energy aero- bic routine set to music. Participants use a step bench that is provided to help increase the heart rate. EARLY BIRD WORKOUT For those of you who get up with the chickens, come join this early morning class that will work on ultimate body sculpting, Pilates and Chico Metrics. This class is designed to maximize core strength, firm and tone your butt, thighs and arms. The class will use dumbbells and dynabands that will put you to the test with added in- tensity. DISC GOLF LEAGUE Come join the fun at the Windflower Disc Golf Course. No matter your skill level this is a great way to get out, get some exercise and enjoy the game of disc golf. Never played before? No problem. To start the league, the league director will give pointers on how to play the game, how to throw different shots and help with etiquette needed to play the game. The league will take place on Wednesday nights. Please note there are two separate sessions of disc golf league. Prizes awarded every week of the league. Come join us as we take a relaxing trip to Pella to enjoy the sites and soufids of the Pella Tulip Festival. Participants will have the opportunity to enjoy all of the festivities at their own pace! No itinerary on this trip, instead a festival guide will be provided for ideas on how to spend your day.
