Notice is hereby given that a public
hearing will be held before the WAR-
REN COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUST-
MENT on the 12 = day of May, 2011 at
7:35 p.m. in the 2 "n floor Board of
Supervisors Meeting Room,Warren
County Administration Building,
Indianola, Iowa.
Said hearing is in regard to an appli-
cation submitted by Gary Helland and
Ruth E. Dreper-Helland, 6329 55 " Av-
enue, Norwalk, iowa 50211. A vari-
ance is sought from Title V, Chapter
41.02 [6D] and [6El of the 2008 War-
ren County Zoning Ordinance. Sec-
tion [6D] provides for Minimum Side
Each side yard: fifteen

and other permitted uses: fifty (50) feet

or arguments in favor of, any part of the proposed amendment. A detailed statement of additional
receipts other than taxes, balances on hand at the close of the preceding fiscal year, and proposed
expenditures, both past and anticipated, will be available at the hearing.
