The meeting was called to order at 6:20 plm.
Directors Present-Katherine Schmidt, George Meinecke, Deb Hobbs, and Rick
Kaul.
Director Absent-Tom Phillips.
The following motions were made, seconded, and approvech • Approved personnel changes as listed.
• Approved the following agreements with MidAmerican Energy:
o Relocate underground electrical service for new auditorium and
classrooms $7,581.59
o Relocate underground-electrical service for the new stadium
$0.00
o Relocate underground electrical service for new softball and base-
ball field lighting $17,169.93
• Approved the following increases for health insurance to be funded by the
partial self-insurance program effective July 1,2010:
o Single coverage-S500 deductible/S1000 out-of-pocket maximum.
o Family coverage-S1000 deductible/S2000 out-of-pocket maximum.
• Approved not offering the Classic Blue Health Insurance Plan to newly
hired employees effective July 1, 2010.
• Approved entering into closed session as provided under Iowa Code Chapter
21.5, Section 1, Subsection i to conduct the superintendent's evaluation at 8:30
p.m.
• Approved offering Superintendent Wulf a three year administrative employ-
ment contract beginning with the 2010-2011 school year, July 1, 2010, at his
current salary.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:.55 p.m.
