Thursday, May 22, 2014 N/Warren Town and County News Page Fifteen NORWALK TRACK TEAMS Norwalk High School Boys Norwalk High School Girls Track IOWA SENIOR GAMES The 28th annual Iowa Senior Games (ISG) will be held in West Des Moines June 12-15. Athletes ages 50 and over can regis.ter to compete in this Olympic- style competition with 29 sports and nearly 100 events. The registration fee is $40. Registration fee in- dudes a t-shirt, admission to the Hall of Fame ban- quet and an unlimited number of Iowa Senior Games events. Over 800 athletes from across Iowa and the nation are expected to compete. Age groups are broken into five-year brackets (50- 54, 55-59, etc.) with gold, silver and bronze medals awarded to each group. Participants in this year's ISG will have an'op- porttmity to qualify for the 2015 National Senior Games, held in Minneapo- lis.
