BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED by the Warren County Board of Supervisors: ARTICLE I. PURPOSE: The purpose of this Ordinance is to amend the Warren County Zoning Ordinance as indicated. ARTICLE II. AMENDMENT. The amendment is in Chapter 40, Section 40.04 DEFINITIONS 31. Family means one or more persons occupying a single dwelling unit. ARTICLE III. ZONING ORDINANCE. That the Warren County Zoning Ordinance is hereby repealed so as to change the reclassification as set forth above. ARTICLE IV. WHEN EFFECTIVE. AMENDMENT. The amendment is in Chapter 40, Section 40.13 ACCESSORY BUILDINGS. No accessory building shall be erected in any required court or yard other than a rear yard except in the A-1 (Agricultural District) except as provided hereinafter. Accessory buildings shall conform to all minimum setback requirements and on a corner lot they shall conform to the setback regulations on the side street. Accessory buildings, except buildings housing animals or fowl, may be erected as a part of the principal building, or may be connected thereto by a breezeway or similar structure, provided all yard requirements for a principal building are complied with.
