BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED by the Warren County Board of Supervisors: ARTICLE I. PURPOSE: The purpose of this Ordinance is to amend the Warren County Zoning Ordinance as indicated. ARTICLE II. AMENDMENT. The amendment is in Chapter 41, Section 41.02 A-1 DISTRICT REGULATIONS. 1. Principal Permitted Uses. Add: [N]: Appliance de-manufacturing under state and federal regulations. ARTICLE II1. The event celebrates June Dairy Month and is open to the public. Tours will be given every 20 minutes beginning at 7:15 a.m. and ending at 11:40 a.m. The tour includes the milking parlor, milk house, and the dairy barns.
