APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTOR, AND
NOTICE TO CREDITORS
To All Persons Interested in the Estate of Esther M. Leo, Deceased, who died
on or about May 2, 2019:
You are hereby notified that on the 29th day of May, 2019, the Last Will and
Testament of Esther M. Leo, deceased, bearing the date of the 1 lth day of
February, 2015, was admitted to probate in the above named Court and that
Gary J. Leo was appointed as executor of the estate. Any action to set aside
the Will must be brought in the District Court of said county within the later to
occur of four (4) months from the date of the second publication of this notice
or one (1) month from the date of mailing of this notice to all heirs of the
decedent and devisees under the Will whose identities are reasonable
ascertainable, or thereafter be forever barred.
Notice further hereby given that all persons indebted to the estate are
requested to make immediate payment to the Executor at the address below,
and creditors having claims against the estate shall file them with the clerk of
the above named District Court, as provided by law, duly authenticated, for
allowance, and unless so filed by the later to occur four (4) months from the
second publication of this notice or one (1) month from the date of the mailing
of this notice (unless otherwise allowed or paid) a claim is thereafter forever
barred.

May 29th
Greenfield Township - suspicious. Deputies seized
a firearm for safekeeping in rural Warren County.
Investigation continues.
May 30th
Greenfield Township - burglary. Gregory Ilse, 40,
Warren County, reported a theft from his residence.
June 2nd
Greemfield Township - fraudulent activity. Britt
Tripp, 49, Greenfield Plaza reported unauthorized
use of credit card. Investigation continues.
ACCIDENTS
May 31st
21:15, 50th Ave and Newbold St: All three vehicles
were traveling northbound on 50th Ave. Blanchard
(witness) comes to a stop at the stop sign located at
50th Ave and Newbold St. Emily Strable, Indianola,
stops behind Blanchard's truck. Juliana Van Dam,
Indianola, fails to stop behind Strable and strikes
rear of Strable's vehicle causing damage to the rear
of Strable's vehicle. Strable lunged forward because
of the impact from the rear and strikes Blanchard's
truck hitch assembly which puts a hole in the front
bumper of Strable's vehicle. No damage reported to
Blanchard's vehicle. Van Dam's vehicle sustains
minor front end damage. Both vehicles were able to
drive away from the scene, No injuries were reported.
Law enforcement was contacted after all parties had
:ileft the scene. Information was provided in the
narrative from Strable. The Sergeant viewed
strable's vehicle at the registered owner's residence
the following day. Rear end damage was viewed as
well:as minor front end damage. Contact was made
with the father of Van Dam and his recollection of
the accident matched what was given by Strable per
his daughter. Van Dam was operating the vehicle on
a Minor School License which is a violation of her
: license. The Sergeant did view Van Dam's vehicle
and observed front end damage. Van Dam is at fault
for the accident based on the information provided
by parties involved. Several witnesses are listed who
viewed the accident. EOR.
June 3rd
19:21, US 65: Michael Dyer, Pleasant Hill, was
traveling north bound on Hwy 65/69 6000 block in
Warren County, IA. Dyer struck a deer causing
disabling damage to vehicle. No injuries were
reported on scene. EOR.
