annual Warren County
Fair in Indianola.
The event will be held
on Warren County Farm
Bureau Day with contes-
tants invited to grill their
most delicious meat from
any of the following cat-
egories: pork, beef, lamb,
poultry, turkey or combo/
specialty.
The winner will receive
a trip to the Iowa State Fair
Cookout Contest and a
$200 Fareway Meat Cer-
tificate for Grand Cham-
pion at the Warren County
Fair Cookout.

Ministerial Association
Benefit Golf Tournament
Members of the Norwalk Ministerial Association will
host an Open Golf Tournament Monday, July 16, at Echo
Valley Country Club. Proceeds will benefit the Norwalk
Area Food Pantry and the Norwalk Ministerial Emer-
gency Fund. Last year the group raised $3,000 and
helped more than 200 families with basic needs.
The four-person men and women best ball format
begins with a 1 p.m. check-in followed by play at 1:30
p.m a social hour at 6 p.m with awards presentation
at 6:30 p.m.
Team or individual spots are available with play on
the scenic Ridge and the redesigned Vale. Each player's
$80 donation will include green fees, a cart, the driving
and putting practice ranges, treats, prizes and fun.
Participants may sign up at any participating church,

Hole sponsorships are available for $100. Checks for
play and those for hole sponsorship should be sent to
