proves appropriating 90.% of the total budget to the various departments;

Public Health Nursing and Home Care Aide for the fiscal year ending June 30,
2011 be appropriated for amounts of $22,463.00 and $1,910.00, respectively•

BE IT RESOLVED on a motion by Steve Wilson, second by Dean Yordi, based

RESOLUTION 11-143 PAYROLL CHANGE
Motion by Dean Yordi, second by Steve Wilson,
WHEREAS, Andy Apple was hired as a temporary employee and,
WHEREAS, it is unlikely that his services will be required in the immediate fu-

BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Warren County Board of Supervisors hereby ap-
proves to authorize the Executive Committee of South Central Youth and Family
Services Commission (the Agency) to sell and liquidate all assets of the Agency,
at private or public sale, at whatever prices and terms of sale that the Executive
Committee deems fair and reasonable, and without further approval of said Board
of Supervisors. Carried Unanimously
