Harriet met the love of her life, Clyde Sievers, in 1955 and they were mar- ried August 6th, 1960 in Mineola Township, MN. Harriet devoted her life to her family. Whether she was providing a soothing hand to the forehead of an ailing son or daughter, of- fering comforting words to loved ones and friends during troubled times, or simply providing positive support to anyone in need, Harriet put other's needs ahead of her own. Throughout her life, Harriet's other interests included cooking/baking, playing cards, sewing, flower gardening, and reading. For the past sev- eral decades, Harriet of- fered her talent to her church, Lincoln Heights Lutheran Church, by way of playing the organ/pi- ano. In 1978, Harriet began working in the bookstore at AIB. After a few years, she moved to the accounting office where she worked until 1999. Following retire- ment, Harriet discovered the enjoyment of spending a few days a week on the golf course with friends.
