to convene closed session according to Iowa Code 21.4 (1)(c) "To discuss strat-
egy with counsel in matters that are presently in litigation or where litigation is
imminent where its disclosure would be likely to prejudice or disadvantage the
position of the governmental body in that litigation."

Friends of the Library, 5:30-6:30 p.m. Join us for our
monthly Friends of the Library group meeting. This
group, re-established in 2011, gives input for new pro-
gramming, special events and larger projects. New par-
ticipants are welcome at any meeting and your com-
ments and ideas are welcome via our Facebook page or
via email with the library staff - linked through our
webpage.
Tuesday, July 23
Pre-School Story Time, 10:30-11 a.m. For 3-5 year-
olds, join us for stories, finger plays, songs and flannel
boards. This storytime is also a good fit for parents at-
tending with several children and for daycare groups.
Teen Lego Club, 1-2 p.m. For 5th-12th grade. If you
love Legos, stop by the Library to build your own cre-
ation. We provide all Legos and no registration is re-
quired.

ing tastes! This NEW book cJub will explore different
genres of books, including romance, suspense, non-fic-
tion and thriller/science fiction/fantasy. Register on our

Brown Bag Lunch & Learn, 12-1 p.m. Take a break
