4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Beef,

OBITUARY
CLARE CAIN
Clare C. Cain, 102,
Cumming, died July
10th, 2019 at Regency
Care Center in Norwalk.
The daughter of
Christopher and Ellen
Weil, Clare was born on
Wednesday, March 7th,
1917. She grew up on a
farm in the Churchville
and Martensdale areas of
Warren County. She
married Robert Francis
Cain and together they
farmed southwest of
Cumming. They were
members of St. Patrick’s
Irish Settlement Catholic
Church where she was a
member of the Altar and
Rosary Society. Clare
worked for several
different companies over
the years including
Regency Care Center in
and Look
Norwalk
Magazine in Des Moines.
Clare is the mother of
Donald “Don” Cain and
Robert “Michael” Cain.
She also has three
grandchildren, Nick,
Susan, and Becky; and
several great-grand
children. She was
preceded in death by her
husband Robert in 1992;
two si‘sters; three
brothers; and a grand-
child, Stacy Rundlett.
A Rosary Service and
Mass of Christian Burial
were held Monday, July
15th, 2019 at St.
Patrick’s Irish Settle-
ment Catholic Church.
Burial followed in the
church cemetery.

OBITUARY
HENRY SEIDENKRANZ
Henry James Seiden-
kranz was born Tuesday,
June 25th, 2019 at 3:05
in the afternoon at
University of Iowa
Hospital in Iowa City. He
weighed 6 pounds 5
ounces and was 18 inches
long. Henry was wel—
comed into the world by
his parents, Scott and
Lacey (Hauser), his sister
Brooklyn, grandparents,
aunts, uncles and
cousins. ;
Henry was a beautiful
baby boy with a head full
of dark hair, his mama’s
nose and his daddy7s
hands and feet. He was a
fighter from the be—
ginning as he was
diagnosed early on in the
pregnancy with Conv-
genital Diaphragmatic
Hernia (CDH) and
Congenital Heart Defect
(CHD). Henry spent his
short life in the arms of
his loving family.
He is survived by his
parents, Scott and Lacey;
his big sister Brooklyn
Nicole; grandparents
Robert (B0) and Lisa
Seidenkranz and Lynda
Hauser; uncles Tyler
(Katelyn) Seidenkranz,
Ethan Seidenkranz,
Lucas (Saren) Hauser,
Lance (Tammy) Hauser;
cousins Lane, Greycen,
Braxten and two more
cousins that will be born
this year.
On the same day as his
birth, at 4:15 p.m., Henry
died and went to heaven
to join his grandpa, Larry
Hauser, great grandma
Zepeda (Morrison) and
great grandpa and
grandma Seidenkranz.
Graveside services
were held Wednesday,
July 10th at the I.0.0.F.
Cemetery in Indianola.

Parking Reminders
The City of Norwalk would like to remind residents
of some places where parking is always prohibited
when parking your vehicle on the street:
' Fire Hydrant —within five (5) feet of a fire
‘ hydrant. *
' Mailboxes —within twenty (20) feet on either side
of a mailbox.
' Stop Sign or Signal ~within ten (10) feet upon
the approach to any flashing beacon, stop or yield
sign, or traffic control signal located at the side of
a roadway.
Intersection —within an intersection or within
ten (10) feet of an intersection of any street.
Crosswalks —on a crosswalk. .
Driveway —in front of a public or private
driveway.
' Sidewalk —on or across a sidewalk.
If you see a parking violation that is causin
concern, please contact the Norwalk Police by calling
(515) 222-3321. These violations and more can be
found in Chapter 69 of our Code of Ordinances.
