This increase will be offset by revenue from Madison County for shared administration. Carried unanimously. RESOLUTION 19-186(B) LIQUOR LICENSE LEFTY’S DIRTY AND M0 BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Warren County Board of Supervisors hereby approves the Class 0 Liquor License (LC) (Commercial) for Lefty’s Dirty and ,. Mo, 21868 160th Avenue, Liberty Center, Iowa effective 7-19-19 through 7-' 23-19. Carried unanimously. RESOLUTION 19—186(C) RESOLUTION RESCINDING PRIOR RESOLUTION 17-205 ANDTERMINATING SHARED HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR AGREEMENT WITH CITY OF NORWALK WHEREAS, Resolution 177205 established a Memorandum of Understanding between Warren County and the City of Norwalk, regarding shared Human Resource Director including costs of employment; and WHEREAS, Warren County and the City of Norwalk no longer find that this joint and cooperative action will be to their mutual advantage and in the best interest of the County and the City at this-time; and WHEREAS, the City of Norwalk and Warren County wish to terminate the agreement; RESOLUTION 17-205 establishing/a Memorandum of Understanding between Looking to Upgrade your Business or Workplace to L.E.D.s? Carried unanimously. RESOLUTION 19—186(D) TAX ABATEMENT BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Warren County Board of Supervisors hereby approves the taxes on the mobile home VIN#HC1625 in the amount of $388.00 and Tax Sale 17-0328 in the amount of $486.00 plus all accrued interest be abated and the Tax Sale cancelled. Carried unanimously. RESOLUTION 19-187 PURCHASE OF CAPITAL ASSET BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Warren County Board of Supervisors hereby approves the purchase of a 2019 Dodge Durango plus equipping for the Sheriff Department at a cost of $50,000.00 equipped as replacement for a wrecked vehicle. Carried unanimously. RESOLUTION 19-188 STATEMENT OF UNDERSTANDING CICS BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Warren County Board of Supervisors hereby approves the Statement of Understanding between Warren County and Central Iowa Community Services (CICS) for staffing positions. Carried unanimously. Supervisor Doug Shull had nothing to report. Supervisor Aaron DeKock gave report of his previous week’s activities. Supervisor Crystal McIntyre gave report of her previous week‘s activities. PUBLIC INPUT: George Bates — Greenfield Parkway, Des Moines “Drove down Gepke Parkway, it‘s bad, water is running into backyards and basements. Since I broke my back, physical therapist for therapy, has taken me out to my mailbox and said my street is not safe enough for me to even go to my mailbox." The next regular meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 16th, 2019 at 6:00 pm. Upon proper motion the meeting was adjourned at 9:43 am. We wrote a grant to the Warren County Fair Foundation. We received $250 and matched it as a 4-H club so that we were able to spend $500 on toiletries. We received $375 worth of donated fabric for the making of the pillowcases. Grant Fletcher received additional contributions as a part of his confirmation project. Our club sewed the pillowcases as a 4-H group. We stuffed the pillowcases on April 14th, during our monthly meeting. Grant Fletcher delivered the pillow cases on April 17th to Ronald McDonald House in Des Moines. HEATING; COOLING.
