RESOLUTION 15-113 OPEN PUBLIC HEARING BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Warren County Board of Supervisors hereby en- ters into the public hearing portion of the meeting regarding Annexation Morato- rium Agreement with the City of Des Moines. Carried unanimously RESOLUTION 15-114 CLOSE PUBLIC HEARING BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Warren County Board of Supervisors hereby ap- proves to close the public hearing portion of the meeting regarding Annexation Moratorium Agreement with City of Des Moines. Carried unanimously RESOLUTION 15-115 APPROVE AGREEMENTS BE IT RESOLVED THAT, The Warren County Board of Supervisors hereby ap- prove the Annexation Moratorium Agreement and 28E Agreement with the City , of Indianola and the City of Des Moines and authorize the Chair and Auditor to execute the agreement. Carried unanimously RESOLUTION 15-116 GENERAL ASSISTANCE POLICY REVISION 4 BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Warren County Board of Supervisors hereby ap- proves revision to Income and Rent/Utility Guidelines for Warren County Gen- eral Assistance Policy. Carried unanimously RESOLUTION 15-120 APPROVE LEASE AGREEMENT HOUSE OF MERCY BE IT RESOLVEDTHAT, the Warren County Board of Supervisors hereby moves to approve the Lease Agreement between Warren County, Iowa and House of Mercy for premises of 2,880 square feet located at 310 N. Sharon Wiley was also present. David Carroll, County Engineer explained the Iowa Department of Transportation De- sign Standards and Standard Specifications for Highway and Bridge Construc- tion. RESOLUTION 15-123 RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION DESIGN STANDARDS AND STANDARD SPECIFI- CATIONS FOR HIGHWAY AND BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION WHEREAS, it is recommended by the Secondary Roads Department that the County adopt the Iowa Department ofTransportation Design Standards and Stan- dard Specifications for Highway and Bridge Construction, and; WHEREAS, from time to time the Secondary Roads Department will develop. supplemental specifications to modify these design standards and construction specifications, and; WHEREAS, from time to time the Secondary Roads Department will use other design criteria when situations arise requiring specific or unique design consid- erations, and; WHEREAS, these design standards and construction specifications, along with the supplemental specifications, will be used to design and construct public im- provements within the County, and; WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Board of Supervisors that it would be in the best interest of Warren County to adopt said design standards and construction specifications. BE IT RESOLVEDTHAT, the Warren County Board of Supervisors hereby moves to adopt the Iowa Department OfTransportation Design Standards and Standard Specifications for Highway and Bridge Construction.
