Employee was rehired one week after resigning and will therefore earn benefits at rate of original hire date and will immediately re- ceive 80 hours sick time. Wage includes COLA given to all employees as welt as merit increase due to employee on July 1,2013. Employee is eligible for all full- time benefits according to the employee policy.
