The 2014 Luther wres- tling camps, directed by Luther head wrestling coach Dave Mitchell, have grown into some of the- largest and most recog- nized camps in the Mid- west. In 2013, more than 1,000 athletes partidpatgd, representing nearly 70 teams from seven states, t Recent clinicians have included several Olym 2 pian, NCAA champion and All-American wres- tlers, including Cael N/Warren Town and County News WrestlersParticipate in Camp Sanderson, Brandon Slay and Brent Metcalf. Campers at the 2014 camps participated in team building activities, intensive "Train Like a Norseman" sessions, tech- nique sessions and live wrestling sessions. The camp closed udth an indi- vidual tournament. Ryan Kennedy, Ryley Smith and Jessie Cowie, members of the Warriors wrestling team, earned Wrestler of the Day honors from Luther camp counse- lor Drew Van Anrooy.
