Thursday, August 2, 2012 N/Warren Town and County News Page Nine Norwalk Dance Team Attends Camp The Norwalk Dance Team, coached by Amy Huston and Dianna Rich- ardson, attended March- ing Auxiliaries Dance summer camp from July 19 through July 21. The camp was held at the Iowa Events Center, Hy-Vee Hall / Vet's Auditorium. Approximately 25 teams and 350 dancers attended this camp. During the first night of camp, the team performed their home routine. The team earned a superior rat- ing and was awarded a plaque because their per- formance exemplified great choreography, ex- ecution and showman- ship. One of the dances taught to the team was evaluated on the last day of camp. The Norwalk Dance Team executed this routine with overall su- perb technique, showman- ship, precision and mem- ory earning them Grand Champion honors. Find out what a producer, consumers and decomposer are and identify them in the wetland. Identify poisonous plants and help clean up the park. Requirements 13: 4, 6, 7 and 9.
