ADULT COED VOLLEYBALL-A AND B LEAGUE Two separate leagues are offered for coed volleyball. A league is considered a power league, while B league is considered a recreation league. Registration accepted on first come, first serve basis until it is full. STEP BENCH AEROBICS Step into a great workout with low impact, high-en- ergy aerobic routines set to music. Participants use a step bench to help increase the heart rate. NORWALK FAMILY TALE KWON DO Michael Wagenknecht is the head instructor of the school and Offers programs for ages five through adults. The classes are separated by rank (beginners and ad- vanced) and students meet twice a week. Class meets Tuesdays and Thursdays, in the Oviatt gym or multi .... purpose room. Beginners meet from 6:15-7 p.m. and advanced students meet from 7-8 p.m. We also offer a Little Dragon program designed for children ages five to seven. Little Dragons meet twice a week. This program is nm concurrently with the be- ginning class. Maximum number of students in the Little Dragon program is 20, so register early. All programs consist of hand and foot techniques, forms, self-defense, lessons and instructions on topics such as respect, self-discipline and perseverance. Competition is also available for those students who are interested. Competition teaches sportsmanship, gives confidence and allows the students to use the skills they have learned in class. Families are strongly encouraged to join and train together. We found that the kids learn better when one or both of their parents/guardians are learning along- side of them in class. Cost per session: Little Dragons (twice a week): Norwalk resident, $40; Non-resident, $46; Family Tae Kwon Do (ages 8 and above), First fam- ily member: Norwalk resident, $50; Non-resident, $57.50; Second and third family members: Norwalk resi- dent, $25 each; Non-resident, $28.75 each; Maximum family fee: Norwalk resident, $100; ~0n-resident, $115. Cost of testing for belts and competition is extra. Any- one registering for Tae Kwon Do after the registra- tion deadline has passed will be required to pay a $15 late fee in addition to the cost of the program.
