While on patrol, Officer initiated a Traffic Stop and Ricky Lee Wells, 27, Norwalk, was charged with Driving While Li- cense Under Revocation. Officer was dispatched to the 500 block of North Avenue in reference to an intoxicated person. Todd Cameron Gehlert, 25, Indianola, was arrested and charged with OWI 3ra, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Inter- ference With Official Acts.
