Beardsley Street. A vehicle
driven by Bradley Winters,
28, Manhattan, KS, struck
a vehicle driven by Mark
Steenhoek, 41, Norwalk.
Winters was cited for Fail-
ure to Obey Stop Light. A
report was made and was
forwarded to the Iowa De-
partment of Transporta-
tion.
Responded to a Hit and
Run Accident in the 300
block of Georgetown
Place. A vehicle owned by
Carrie Coons, Norwalk,
was struck while legally
Parkdd in the street. A re-
port was made and turned
over to the Iowa Depart-
a Dog Bite report. Officer
met with the victim and
the dog's owner. Informa-
tion was gathered and a
report was made.

Investigated a criminal
mischief to a motor vehicle
that occurred on the 900
block of East 17th Street.
Information was taken and
a report was made; case is
pending further leads.

Officers had contact
with a subject near Lake-
wood Drive and
Maplecrest Drive. Adam
Cross, 23, Norwalk, was
arrested on an outstanding
warrant. The vehicle was
impounded and the sub-
ject was processed and
transported to the Warren
County Jail.
Officer initiated a traf-
fic stop in the 2700 block
of Lexington Dr. The
driver, Gregory Birchrnier,
16, Norwalk, was charged
with No Valid Driver's Li-
cense and was given warn-
ings for speed and Failure
to Affix Front Plate. The
vehicle was impounded
and a report was made.
