Thursday, August 25, 2011 N/Wa~en Town and County News Page_~,~een Minutes For Regular Meeting July 27, 2011 Tim Stephany called the meeting to order at 7:01 p.m. Secretary's Report June's meeting minutes were distributed and re- viewed by attendees. Mo- tion was made by Dennis Stoker to approve min- utes, seconded by Pat Johnston. Motion carried. Tim Stephany thanked Julie Rogers for her service as being the NABC secre- tary for the last 3 years. The secretary position will be filled in the annual meeting. Treasurer's Report Financial reports were distributed and reviewed by attendees. Sharla Richardson reported that she has the preliminary numbers for year-end. She will wait until July 31 to close and will then start on the tax return after August 1. Tim Stephany is going to provide Kate Baldwin a copy of the invoice for re- ordering the meat lost from the freezer break- down. More meat had to be ordered than lost due to a minimum order require- ment. Sharla is still work- ing on trying to get an idea on cost per product. She noted that this was a pretty good year for the NABC. Motion was made by Pat Johnston to accept finan- cial statements, seconded by Brook Byars. Motion carried. Concession Report Brook Byars reported that Pepsi is going to come and service our machines. She's going to use Pepsi's regional contact, Gale Smith, as a future contact. Brook provided a list of concession equipment needed for the new sta- dium and approximate costs. She asked if a bud- get needs to be determined for purchasing the items. Tim Stephany asked for a motion to approve an ex- penditure up to $2,500 for concession equipment. Sharla Richardson made the motion, seconded by Dennis Stoker. Motion car- ried. Coaches Wish List None Membership Report Lori Vaske reported that there were no new members and that the 2011-2012 membership forms are being created.
