Michael Niemeyer, Indianola, was arrested and charged with Criminal Mischief; subject was processed and transported to the Warren County Jail. Motor Vehicle theft, 600 block Nantucket Place. Information taken and a report was made. Vehicle was later recovered in West Des Moines; investigation continues in this incident. August 15 Impaired Driver, 4400 block Lakewood Drive. Traffic stop resulted in the arrest of David Rue, Norwalk, who was arrested and charged with Operating Whi!e Intoxicated and Driving while Suspended; subject was processed and transported to the Warren County Jail. Reckless use of Explosives, 5000 block Lakewood Drive. Officer responded to erosion barriers on fire and they were able to extinguish the fire. Evidence gathered and the investigation continues in this incident. August 19 Warrant Arrest, 800 block Casady Drive. Cindy Forget, Norwalk, was arrested on an active Winnebago County warrant for domestic Assault and Criminal Mischief; subject was processed and transported to the Polk County Jail.
