Buxton, Indianola, Iowa. The purpose of the public hearing is to discuss the Nevada Street grade and pave project and allow for any public input. Comments may also be submitted by telephone or in writing to the Warren County Engineer's Office. Carried unanimously RESOLUTION 15-133C NEW HIRE NUTRITION BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Warren County Board of Supervisors hereby approves hire of Mary Thomas, Substitute Cook/Site Manager, Nutrition Department as a seasonal and temporary employee effective August 6, 2015 at an hourly rate of $9.37 and is not eligible for benefits. Carried unanimously RESOLUTION 15-134 APPROVE HI PPAA POLICIES BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Warren County Board of Supervisors hereby approves County HIPAA Policies and Procedures. Carried unanimously RESOLUTION 15-135A MENTAL HEALTH ADVOCATE BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Warren County Board of Supervisors herebyapprovesthe Mental Health Advocate would be employed by Madison County and paid by Central Iowa Community Services Mental Health Region. Shaw Place starting at Level B from West entrance at 138= Avenue b. Shaw Place starting at Level B from 150= Avenue at East entrance Carried unanimously RESOLUTION 15-137 ACCEPT AND APPROVE QUOTES FOR PAINTED PAVEMENT MARKINGS BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Warren County Board of Supervisors hereby move to approve the County Eng!neer's review of quotes from Contractors for painted pavement markings. BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED by the Warren County Board of Supervisors: ARTICLE I. PURPOSE: The purpose of this Ordinance is to amend the Warren County Zoning Ordinance as indicated. ARTICLE I1. AMENDMENT. The amendment is in Chapter 46, SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS, Section 46.09 SUBDIVISION DESIGN STANDARDS. 3 [D] Delete: Subdivisions with more than fou): (4) lots shall be located on paved County or State Highways. (If the proposed subdivision is on a Grade A or Grade B County road, that road shall be paved to the interconnecting paved road by the developer to the Warren county Engineers standards prior to platting.) The Warren County, Iowa, Revised Zoning and Subdivision Ordinances, Chapter 46, .09, Paragraph 3, Subsection D should be amended to read as follows: Subdivisions shall be located on Paved County and State Highways. If the proposed subdivision is on a Grade A or Grade B County road, that road shall be paved to the interconnecting paved road by the developer to the Warren County Engineer's standards prior to platting. The Board of Supervisors, following a report of the Zoning Commission, may waive the requirement for paving the Grade A Or Grade B road. A request for a waiver of the required paving set out in this subsection should be made at the time of consideration of the preliminary plat by the Commission. The recommendation of the Commission shal| then be forwarded to the Board of Supervisors for approval or disapproval of the waiver. ARTICLE III. ZONING ORDINANCE. That the Warren County Zoning Ordinance are hereby repealed so as to change the reclassification as set forth above. ARTICLE IV. WHEN EFFECTIVE.
