to purchase Warren County's interest in the following real estate locally known
as 7494 R57 Highway, Indianola, Iowa and legally described as:

Supervisors is hereby appointed to execute all necessary documents and ac-
knowledge the acceptance of the proposal of purchase and to execute and ac-
knowledge a Quit Claim Deed conveying the real estate to Jason and Anne
Hemsted, upon the receipt of collected funds in the amount of $142,500.00 plus

RESOLUTION 13-193 CENTRAL IOWA COMMUNITY SERVICES 28E
AGREEMENT
RESOLUTION TO ENTER INTOA 28E AGREEMENT FOR CENTRAL IOWA
COMMUNITY SERVICES AND AUTHORIZE THE SIGNATURE UPON THE 28E
AGREEMENT BY THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board oFSupervisors of Warren County, Iowa, that in
order to facilitate legislatively mandated mental health redesign, the attached
28E Agreement for Central Iowa Community Services is necessary and advis-
able to facilitate and continue progress toward said mandate.
WHEREAS the County has fully considered the 28E Agreement and finds that it
is a necessary step in the process toward legislatively mandated mental health
redesign.
WHEREAS the entering into said 28E Agreement is advisable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the County shall enter into the
attached 28E Agreement for Central Iowa Community Services. Carded unani-

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
Notice is hereby given that the City Councils of the cities of Cumming and West
Des Moines will each hold public hearings to consider a proposed annexation
moratorium and subdivision review agreement between the cities. The purpose
of the agreement is to allow Cumming and West Des Moines to plan for their
orderly future growth and for the extension of public infrastructure necessary to
serve that growth. The territory under discussion is the unincorporated area
between the two cities, beginning just east of 1-35, extending west approximately
4 miles. The agreement, which will be in effect for ten years, would establish a
line of demarcation between the two cities, which neither may cross through
annexation.
Copies of the agreement are available in the respective City Clerks' office.
The City C;ouncil of the City of Cumming will consider approval of the agreement
at a public hearing to be held at 7:00 p.m., on October 14, 2013, in the Council
Chambers of the City of Cumming City Hall, located at 649 N 44" Street in
Cumming, Iowa.
The City Council of the City of West Des Moines will consider approval of the
agreement at a public hearing to be held at 5:35 p.m., on October 14, 2013, in
the Council Chambers of the City of West Des Moines City Hall, located at 4200
Mills Civic Parkway, West Des Moines, Iowa.
At the above designated times and places of the public hearings, persons may
express their opinion on the proposed annexation moratorium and subdivision
review agreement. Opinions in writing may be submitted to the City Clerk's
office within the respective city, before the time of the public hearing. Comments
may be submitted to the Community and Economic Development Department
