Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the WARREN
COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS on the 18m day of October, 2011 at
10:05 a.m. in the 2~ floor Board of Supervisors Meeting Room, Warren
County Administration Building, Indianola, Iowa.
Said hearing ~s in regard to a proposed amendment to the October 25, 2010,
Warren County Iowa, Revised Zoning and Subdivision Ordinances. The
amendment applieation is made oy Brown,Winiok, Graves, Gross, Baakerville
and Schoenebaum, P.LC., 666 Grand Avenue, Suite 2000, Des Melees, Iowa
50309. The amendment is on Page 215 Chapter 41, Section 41.12
TRICT REGULATIONS. [1] Principal Permitted Uses, Add Y. Distribution termi-
nal with warehousing, test facilities/proving grounds.

Said hearing is in regard to a proposed change by the Warren County Zoning
Director to the October 25, 2010,Warren County Iowa, Revised Zoning and
Subdivision Ordinances. The amendment is on Page 77 Chapter 41, Section
41.02 A-1 DISTRICT REGULATIONS, [5} Permitted Accessory Uses, M. Wind
generators for private use with a maximum tower height of ninety (90) feet and a
maximum size of thirty (30) kw, and the tower shall be located at least 110% of
the tower height from all property and right-of-way lines. The amendment is to
change thirty (30) kw to one hundred (100) kw. It will read as follows: M, Wind
