have been selected for the
2013-14 Leadership Iowa
dass.
Leadership Iowa, a pro-
gram of the ABI Founda-
tion for 31 years, is a pres-
tigious statewide issues-
awareness program de-
signed to instill passion in
current and emerging
leaders while fostering a
high level of civic engage-
ment throughout Iowa.
Participants were se-
lected based on exhibited
leadership skills, commu-
nity involvement and
commitment to the issues
impacting Iowa. Each
Leadership Iowa dass rep-
resents a diverse mix of in-
dividuals representing
business, education, gov-
ernment, non-profit and
community-based organi-
zations. The Leadership
Iowa class meets over
eight sessions with each
session focusing on a topic
impacting Iowa. This
year's class will travel to
Creston, Fort Dodge, Ce-
dar Falls/Waterloo, Des
