RESOLUTION 15-151B REMOVAL FROM PAYROLL CASE MANAGEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Warren County Board of Supervisors hereby ap-
proves to remove Amanda Phillips, Targeted Case Manager, from the Case
Management payroll, effective November 2, 2015 and to pay out any accmed
benefit as per the employee policy. Carried unanimously

proves to move Marci KeIIow from 100% Case Management to 25% Service
Coordination/75% Case Management effective October 26, 2015 with no change

to Indianola IA Lodging, LLC to help fund the construction of a Country
Inns and

RESOLUTION 15-157 ACCEPT AND APPROVE BIDS FOR FEMA DEBRIS
REMOVAL SITES
BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Warren County Board of Supervisors hereby move
to approve the County Engineer’s review of bids from Contractors for
Project No.
L-2015-DEBRIS Site 1, and accept the bids from:
Herberger Construction $26,800.00
And approve the bid from Herberger Construction in the amount of $26,800.00
and authorize the Chair to sign the contract.
AND,
BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Warren County Board of Supervisors hereby move
to approve the County Engineer’s review of bids from Contractors for
Project No.
L-2015-DEBRIS Site 2, and accept the bids from:
Herberger Construction $32,800.00
And approve the bid from Herberger Construction in the amount of $32,800.00
and authorize the Chair to sign the contract.
AND,
BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Warren County Board of Supervisors hereby move

MayorTom Phillips called the City Council meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.
Present
at roll call: Tom Greteman, Erika Isley and Jaki Livingston. Absent at roll
call: Eric
Delker and Kyle Jackson. (RC = roll call vote)
15-217 lsley moved, Greteman seconded, to approve the agenda. Voice vote
carried unanimously.
15—21 8 Motion by Livingston, lsley seconded, to enter closed session
pursuant
to Chapter 21 .5.1(i) of the Code of Iowa regarding prospective personnel
action
passed unanimously, RC at 5:01 p.m. Council members present; City Manager,

City Managerto make an employment offer, with a maximum salary of$115,000,
passed unanimously, RC.
