AND, BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Warren County Board of Supervisors hereby move to approve the County Engineer’s review of bids from Contractors for Project No. L-2015-DEBRIS Site 2, and accept the bids from: Herberger Construction $32,800.00 And approve the bid from Herberger Construction in the amount of $32,800.00 and authorize the Chair to sign the contract. Absent at roll call: Eric Delker and Kyle Jackson. (RC = roll call vote) 15-217 lsley moved, Greteman seconded, to approve the agenda.
