Information taken and a report was made. Attempted Fraud - 2900 block Sunset Drive. Information taken and a report was made. Vehicle Crash - 100 block of Sunset Drive. Ve- hicle driven by Dylan Lane, Norwalk, struck a vehicle driven by Kelly Jorgensen-Nicoletti, Cumming. A report was made and forwarded to the Iowa Department of Transportation. October 22 Theft from Motor Ve- hicle - 500 block Colum- bine Drive. Paint sprayers and checks taken from a parked motor vehicle. In- formation taken and a re- port was made. Information taken and a report was made. Nick Armagost, Norwalk, was later ar- rested on a warrant ob- tained for this offense. October 23 Vehicle Crash - Sunset Drive and High Road. Ve- hicle driven by Kasmira Payton-Sams, Des Moines, collided with a vehicle driven by Frances Starkweather, Norwalk. A NEIGHBORHOOD NOTES I report was made and for- warded to the Iowa De- partment of Transporta- tion. Theft Report - 2900 block Sunset Drive. Gas drive off. Information taken and a report was made. Investigation con- tinues in this matter. Theft Report- 900 block East 17th Street. Informa- tion taken and a report was made. Case remains under investigation at this time. October 24 Impaired Driver - 9200 block Sunset Drive. Joel Mattox, Waukee, was ar- rested and charged with Operating While Intoxi- cated and cited for Stop- ping on paved part of roadway. Subject was pro- cessed and transported to the Warren County Jail. Intoxicated Driver- 800 block Turnberry Drive. Erica Selix, Des Moines, was arrested and charged with Operating While In- toxicated. Subject was pro- cessed and transported to the Warren County Jail. Impaired Driver - 2700 block Georgetown Av- enue. Gregg Mooers, Norwalk, was arrested and charged with Operating While Intoxicated. Subject was processed and trans- ported to the Warren County Jail. October 25 Theft Report - 9100 block Old Orchard Drivei: Jewelry reported taken from residence. Informa- tion taken and a report was made. Investigation con- tinues in this matter. Criminal Mischief - 400 block Sunset Drive. Object thrown at passing motor vehicle. Damages being resolved between parties. Information taken and a report was made. Vehicle Crash - 1400 block Cassandra Court. Vehicle driven by Mary Kline, Norwalk, struck a parked vehicle belonging to Timothy Cox, also of Norwalk. Information was exchanged. A report was made and forwarded to the Iowa Department of Transportation. October 26 Drug/Narcotic Viola- tion - 1200 block North Avenue. Brian Lembke, Denison, and Christian Kellogg, Ankeny, were ar- rested. Lembke was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Pos- session of Marijuana, Pos- session of Drug Parapher- nalia, False Report to Pub- lic Entity, and four active warrants from Crawford County. Kellogg was charged with Interference with Official Acts, False Report to Public Entity and an active warrant from Polk County. LAURIE Monday, Oct. 26, members of Cub Scout Pack 103 visited the Norwalk Firestation where they were provided a tour of the facility, shown equipment that is used in fighting fires and in answering rescue calls, as well has how the fire department is structured. Fire personnel answered questions and demonstrated the various gear that is used in their profession. The Scouts and their leaders appreciate the tour and the kindness shown to them.
