Pursuant to Iowa Code Sections 21.4 and 21.8 this meeting was held by electronic means for all participants due to the Governor‘s proclamations regarding social gatherings due to the spread of COVlD-19. AII attendees could access the meeting via Zoom. Mayor Tom Phillips called the City Council meeting to order at 6:01 PM. Present at roll call: David Lester, Brian Baker, Ste; ianie Riva, Ed Kuhl and Jaki Livingston. Public Hearing regarding an Ordinance to establish the Stormwater Advisory Committee Mayor Phillips opened the Public Hearing at 7:20 pm. Lindsey Offenburger reported receiving no oral or written comments. Mayor Phillips closed the Public Hearing at 7:22 pm. Motion by Riva, seconded by Livingston to pass the first reading of an Ordinance adoping a new Chapter 27 Stormwater Advisory Committee, carried unanimOIsly, RC. Motion by Livingston, seconded ‘by Riva to approve Resolution 20182 approving first amendment to the commercial lease agreement with City State Bank for the building located at 1104 Sunset Drive.
