RESOLUTION 10-369 APPROVE SHERIFF'S OFFICE NEW HIRE BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Warren County Board of Supervisors hereby ap- proves the sheriff's office new hire Christina Mathews as full time radio operator at the rate of $18.59 per hour with all full time benefits effective November 1, 2010. RESOLUTION10-870 APPROVE NUTRITION DEPARTMENT NEW HIRE BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Warren County Board of Supervisors hereby ap- proves the Nutrition Dept. new hire Donna Hansel as sub-cook at the rate of $8.40 pe~" hour to include reimbursement of mileage if she travels to other meal sites. Carried Unanimously. RESOLUTION 10-371 ACCEPT NUTRITION DEPT RESIGNATION OF HELEN NEER, LACONA, IA BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Warren County Board of Supervisors hereby ac- cepts the resignation of Helen Neer, from the Warren County Nutrition Program as lead cook in Lacona, Iowa, effective January 1,2011. RESOLUTION 10-373 APPROVE WELLNESS RENEWAL AMENDMENT BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Warren County Board of Supervisors hereby ap- proves the Wellness Renewal Amendment to the Master Services Agreement effective January 1,2011. RESOLUTION 10-375 APPROVE CORRECTION OF HIRING RESOLUTION FOR KARLA FULTZ BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Warren County Board of Supervisors hereby ap- proves the correction to the original hiring resolution 09-395 to add the following: that Kada Fultz shall begin her employment accruing two weeks of vacation per year as of her date of hire. Said correction is effective as of the date of hire, November 9, 2009. Carried Unanimously. RESOLUTION 10-376 TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURES BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Warren County Board of Supervisors hereby ap- proves the temporary closing of the following roads: 160~ Ave South of G36 Hwy, effective October 18, 2010, for one day, to fix a culvert, and; 230~ Ave South of Hwy 92, effective October 21, 2010, for one day to fix a culvert, and; Polk Street between 140~ and 150~, effective October 25,2010 for one day to fix a culvert. RESOLUTION 10-377 APPROVE CHANGE ORDERS BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Warren County Board of Supervisors hereby ap- proves Change order 1 & 2 for Precast Concrete Box Culvert, Project number L- J1801 F--73-91, Carried Unanimously, RESOLUTION 10-378 APPROVE PUBLIC HEARING DATE TO CLOSE 245TM AVENUE BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Warren County Board of Supervisors hereby ap- th proves to set the public hearing date to close 245 Avenue to December 7, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. and 7 p.m. Carried Unanimously. RESOLUTION 10-379 APPROVE DCAT CONTRACT AMENDMENT BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Warren County Board of Supervisors hereby ap- proves the DCAT Money Amendment PSSFP Contract with an additional money amount given of $6,578.00 for FY 11. The Supervisors gave reports of their previous week's activities. OFFICIAL PUBLICATION ORDINANCE NO. 10-11 AN QRDINANCE AMENDING THE MASTER PLAN AND RULES REGULA- TIONS AND GUIDELINES FOR THE ORCHARD HILLS PLANNED UNIT DE- VELOPM ENT, ORDINANCE NO. 04-05 AS REQUIRED BY SECTION 17.10.170 OF THE CITY CODE FOR THE CITY OF NORWALK, IOWA. BE IT ENACTED BY TH E CITY COUNCIL OF T~IE CITY OF NORWALK, IOWA: SECTION 1. PURPOSE. The purpose of this ordinance is to amend specific requirements and specifications contained in Ordinance 04-05 relating to the Master Plan for the Orchard Hills Planned Unit Development and its associated rules, regulations and guidelines for its development all pursuant to Section 17.10.170 of the Norwalk Municipal Code. SECTION 2. AMENDMENT. Section 6 is hereby amended by adding a new subsection number 7, Parcel 1. SPECIFIC INFORMATION NOT IN TABLES 7. PARCEL 1. This parcel is delineated for "Flexible Land Use", with the ability to develop 5.48 acres more-or-less, as C:1, Neighborhood Commer- cial or as R-4, High Density Multiple Family Residential. Prior to development of this Parcel, the developer shall submit to the City of Norwalk as an amendment to this Ordinance, a Master Plan (a Master Plan and associated ordinance for Parcel 1) which shall designate the permitted land uses and rules, regulations and guidelines for the development of Parcel 1. SECTION 3. CHANGES, That all ~,oning ordinances, amendments and offi- cial zoning maps relative hereto are hereby directed changed and amended to reflect the amendments heretofore referred to. SECTION 4. SAVINGS CLAUSE. If any section, provision, sentence, clause, phrase or part of this Ordinance shall be adjudged invalid or unconstitutional, such adjudication shall not affect the validity of the Ordinance as a whole or any provision, section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or part hereof not ad- judged invalid or unconstitutional. SECTION 5. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
