The Warren County Board of Supervisors met Monday, November 9, 2015, at
9:00 a.m. Supervisors' Doug Shull, Dean C.Yordi, and Crystal Mclntym were
present during the meeting. County Auditor Traci VanderLinden and County
Administrator Jean Fuder were also present. The following business was had
to-wit;

306.12 and 306. t 3 Iowa Code, 2015, that a public hearing will be held before the
City Council of the City of'Norwalk, Iowa, at its regular meeting to be held on the
3rd day of December, 2015, at 6:00 o'clock P.M. in the Council Chambers of the

ing will be held with reference to a resolution vacating and closing the road right
of way easement for the road known as Masteller Road and described as fol-

West of the 5th P. M.; thence N 86°37 1/2'E, 49.7 ft. along the south line of the
FrL SW ¼ Fr. SW ¼ of said Sec. 6 to the preser~tly established easterly right
of way line of Primary Road No. 28; the Point of Beginning; thence N00°00
Z~'E, 27.2 ft. along said right of way line to the south line of a certain tract of
land described in Book 140, Page 575, in the office ef the Warren County
