Friends of the Library, 5:30 p.m. Join us for our monthly group meeting. Friends
of the Library, re-established in 2011, gives input for new programming, special events
and larger projects. This month, we are brainstorming program and fundraising ideas
for the upcoming year! New participants are welcome at any meeting and your com-
ments and ideas are welcome via our Facebook page or via email with the library
staff - linked through our webpage.
Tuesday, Nov. 27
Pre-School Story Time, 10:30-11 a.m. A fun, educational and activity-based story
time for ages 3-6. A great opportunity for parents to get tips on early literacy skills
for use at home and daycare groupsare welcome!
Wednesday, Nov. 28
Wee-Ones Story Time, 10:30 a.m. Fingerplays, stories and songs for little ones to
age 18 months and their parents; designed for a one-to-one or one-to-two parent-
child ratio to maximize interaction.
Thursday, Nov. 29
Toddler-Time Story Time, 10:30 a.m. A chance for parents to interact with their
children ages 18 months to three years during stories, fingerplays and songs, to help
toddlers develop those critical early literacy skills.
