The storm water discharge will be from highway construction activity lo- cated in Polk County on Interstate 35. The project is for various highway and bridge improvement projects on 1-35 from Warren County line to 1-80/I-235. The Public Lands Survey location is Township 78N, Range 25W, Section(s) 6 and 7 to Township 79N, Range 25W, Section(s) 32. Storm water will be discharged from 74 point sources and will be dis- charged to the following streams: Rac- coon River.
