Carried unanimously RESOLUTION 14-142D BUDGETED FUNDTRANSFER BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Warren County Board of Supervisors hereby ap- proves, upon recommendation of the Budget Coordinator, $65,000.00 is hereby authorized to be transferred in equal monthly amounts of $5416.00 from the General Basic Fund to the Nutrition Fund as budgeted for fiscal year 2014-2015. Carried unanimously RESOLUTION 14-142E BUDGETED FUND TRANSFER BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Warren County Board of Supervisors hereby ap- proves(upon recommendation of the Budget Coordinator, half of the annual budgeted transfer in the amount of $38,050.00, is hereby authorized to be trans- ferred from the General Basic Fund to the Wellness Fund to finance wellness activities for fiscal year 2014-2015. Carried unanimously RESOLUTION 14-142F INTERFUND OPERATINGTRANSFERSTO SECOND- ARY ROAD FUND WHEREAS, it is desired to authorize the County Auditor of Warren County, Iowa, to periodically transfer sums from the General Basic Fund and the Rural Basic Fund to the Secondary Roads Fund curing the 2014-2015 Fiscal Year, and, WHEREAS, said operating transfers must be in accordance with Section 331.432, ~= Cdde of IoWa:-" WHEREAS, said operating transfers were budgeted and appropriated for fiscal ~ar 2014-2015, ~ ~EREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of Warren County, ~! ~a, that: S~ction 1 The total maximum transfer from the General Basic Fund to the Sec- or~dary Road Fund for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2014, shall not exceed -the sum of $105,000; and the total maximum transfer from Rural Basic Fund to the Secondary Road Fund for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2014 shall not e~'ceed the sum of $2,300,000. Section 2 Upon being notified of the apportionment of current taxes, and state replacements against levied property taxes, the General Basic and Rural Basic Fund, the County Auditor shall order a transfer from said fund(s) to the Second- ap] Road Fund. Section 3 The amount of the transfer required by Section 2, shall be equal to L~t~75% of the apportionment of collected property taxes in the General Basic Fund and 78.892% of the apportionment of collected property taxes in the Rural P: Basic Fund. Section 4 Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 2 and 3 of this Resolution, total transfers to the Secondary Road Fund shall not exceed the amounts speci- fied in Section 1. Section 5 Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 2 and 3 of this Resolution, the amount of any transfer shall not exceed the available fund balance in the transferring fund. Section 6 The County Auditor is directed to correct the Auditor's books when "~aid operating transfers are made and to notify the County Treasurer and County Engineer of the amount of said transfers. Carried unanimously RESOLUTION 14-142G NEW HIRE HEALTH SERVICES BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Warren County Board Of Supervisors hereby ap- proves the hire of Diana Risbeck, LBSW, 1st 5 Coordinator, Health Services, effective October 23, 2014, as a regular full time employee at Grade 14, Step 1, at the hourly rate of $21.11 and is eligible to receive benefits. Carried unani- mously RESOLUTION 14-142H NEW HIRE HEALTH SERVICES BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Warren County Board of Supe.rvisors hereby ap- proves the hire of Stephanie McGiil, RDH, Dental Assistant in Health Services, and effective November 4, 2014 as a seasonal/temporary employee at an hourly rate of $31.00. This is a grant funded position and is not eligible to receive benefits. Carried unanimously RESOLUTION 14-1421 CHANGE IN STATUS BOARD OF SUPERVISORS ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Warren County Board of Supervisors hereby ap- proves a change in status for Anthony Burton from Intern to Part-time Adminis- trative Assistant position with an hourly pay rate of $15.00 effective November 10, 2014 and is eligible for benefits. This position will be shared by Board of Supervisors, County Attorney and Zoning Offices.
