RESOLUTION 13-239 ADD NEW CRITERIA ITEM TO
ELIGIBILITYGUIDELINES FOR ASSISTANCE FROM WARREN COUNTY
VETERAN'S AFFAIRS
BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Warren County Board of Supervisors hereby ac-
cepts the addition of the new criteria item to the eligibility guidelines for assis-
tS.rice from the Warren County-Veterans Affairs. The new item will read as fol-
lows:
"Assistance from Warren County Veterans Affairs office will be limited to
a maximum of $5,000.00 per veteran for a ten year period,"
This change to the guidelines is effective immediately. Carried unanimously
RESOLUTION 13-240 APPROVE CLAIM TO REPLENISH POSTAGE
BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Warren County Board of Supervisors hereby ap-
proves claim to replenish postage account for county departments in the amount
of $4,905.83. Carried unanimously

hold a public hearing on December 3, 2013 at 9:30 a.m. in the Board of Supervi-
sore meeting room on the second floor of the Warren County Administration
Building, 301 N Buxton Street, Indianola, Iowa. During said public headng the
Warren County Board of Supervisors will consider the proposal of James R.
McCullough and Tina M. McCullough to purchase Warren County's interest in
the following real estate: a residence locally known as 7494 R57 Highway,
Indianola, Iowa and legally described as PARCEL "AC" NEI/4,SWl/4 IN SEC-
TION 5-T76N-R24W Warren County, Iowa and a parcel of land with shed lo-
